A focused review with Dan

Online home
plan review.

A fresh look at your floor plan, with practical feedback on how your home will work.

For the questions that are easier to work through together: room layout, circulation, everyday usability, and storage.

What we look at

Think through
the everyday details.

  • Layout: how rooms relate and how you use the space.
  • Circulation: the paths between rooms and everyday activities.
  • Usability: whether the plan supports the way you live.
  • Storage: practical places for the things you use.

We’ll talk through your questions and mark up your PDF as we go. This is a focused discussion of existing plans, rather than a complete design project.

Before we talk

Plan Review questions

What happens during a Plan Review?

We meet by video for 30 minutes, discuss your plans and questions, and review layout, circulation, usability, and storage. Dan marks up your PDF in real time as you talk.

How much does it cost?

The Plan Review is CA$150 for a 30-minute video call.

What kind of questions can we discuss?

How rooms connect, how people move through the home, where storage fits, and how the layout supports daily life. Bring the parts of your plan you want to think through.

Does this include engineering or permit approval?

No. This is a practical design review, not engineering, permit approval, or a full redesign. Those services require a separate professional engagement.

Is this the same as hiring PROCAD or Winston Moore?

This is a focused call with Dan about existing plans. PROCAD Designs offers custom-home and major-renovation design; Winston Moore Design focuses on high-end custom homes. Their project services are separate from this review.

How do I book?

Booking is coming soon. Online booking and payment will be available on this page. For now, contact Dan with questions.
